Payment for services can be made via credit/debit cards, digital wallets, UPI, or cash. For online bookings, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver at the end of your journey.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare amount.

4. Changes to Booking

If you need to modify your booking, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.

5. Passenger Conduct

The driver reserves the right to terminate the journey if passenger behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
